Delivery Zones
We ship to Canada. Please note that delivery restrictions may apply to some remote areas. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are unable to deliver to your area.
Shipping times
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days of receipt of payment. Please note that orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following business day.

We use Canada Post as our carrier for our deliveries. Packages are shipped with a standard delivery option. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of delivery service in your area.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is $11.95. Orders over $74.99 will ship for free. Please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
Delivery delays and problems
While we endeavour to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or logistical issues. Changing the delivery address
If you wish to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to rectify the situation and accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been shipped.
